Overview
Ben De Cubellis is a managing director for Kaufman Rossin Alternative Investment Services. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, predominantly in fund administration and investor services.
Ben originally joined the firm’s award-winning fund administration practice in 2007, Kaufman Rossin Fund Services, which was later sold to a public entity. Rejoining the firm, he oversees the operation of the investor services team, which administers a wide range of alternative funds. He is the AML Compliance Officer for KRAIS. His responsibilities include reviewing capital activity, risk assessment, monitoring anti-money laundering procedures / compliance, and coordinating the launch and conversion of funds.
Ben’s experience includes private equity funds, mutual funds, hedge fund start-up and conversions, and working with information technology to enhance applications and systems for efficiency. He is also a subject matter expert in Global Tax Compliance Regulations; FATCA and CRS.
Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the John Molson School of Business, at Concordia University in Montreal.
