Overview
Aïssa Tirera-Cissé is a director at Kaufman Rossin Alternative Investment Services with more than 15 years of experience providing fund administration services to the alternative investment industry. She is also a senior manager at CPA and advisory firm affiliate Kaufman Rossin.
As the leader of Kaufman Rossin Alternative Investment Services’ Abidjan, Ivory Coast operations, Aïssa leads the implementation of operational processes for both Hedge and Private Equity funds. She also handles the oversight of client relationships and staff.
Prior to joining Kaufman Rossin in 2006, Aïssa worked for an investment advisory firm, where she focused on short duration and high-yield fixed income products. During her tenure at Kaufman Rossin, she has gained extensive experience in a wide range of middle and back-office operations for a variety of alternative investment products, fund structures and domiciles. She has also developed extensive experience in the preparation of financial statements in both Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS).
Aïssa earned a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration from École Supérieure de Gestion in Paris, France. She is bilingual in English and French.
